The DSC series of liquid-gas composite dampers adopts Germany's leading liquid-gas composite hybrid shock absorption technology, greatly expanding the damping capacity (up to 800kJ) and stroke range (up to 1800mm).
The reset structure of the DSC series uses high-pressure nitrogen gas instead of mechanical reset springs, effectively shortening the length of the damper. During damping, hydraulic oil
flows through multiple throttle holes, generating viscous damping force, converting impact energy into heat dissipation. The hydraulic oil discharged from the multi-stage throttle holes mixes with high-pressure nitrogen gas; when the load
is removed, the hydraulic oil returns to the inner oil chamber under nitrogen pressure, pushing the piston rod to reset. The DSC series of hydraulic heavy-duty dampers meets global industrial safety standards,

Due to severe rusting at the mounting points of the slider and rail, it was difficult to remove the slider when disassembling it, which may have caused the damage to the linear guide rail. When we tried moving it again after replacing it with a new slider, the movement was still very poor. It is estimated that simply replacing the slider would not only cause it to be damaged again, but may also damage the rail and rack.
