Clamping device installation method

1. The clamping device is installed after the guide rail and slider are installed. It is recommended to install it between the two sliders;

2. Install the clamping device in the contact clamping state on the linear guide rail, and confirm that the clamping device can move without the clamping mechanism contacting the guide rail;

3. Tighten the hexagon socket screw for installing the clamping device by hand, and temporarily pre-tighten the clamping device on the slide;

4. Perform the clamping action on the guide rail, and repeat the clamping and releasing more than 10 times;

5. While the clamping device is clamping the guide rail, use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to the specified torque, release the clamping state of the clamping device, and confirm that the clamping structure of the clamping device does not contact the guide rail;

6. Finally, check whether there is any leakage in the air pipe connection or oil pipe connection.
