A self-lubricating slide is a new type of lubricating component formed by integrating porous polymer material and lubricating grease. Usage Requirements

Operating temperature range 0~50°C, instantaneous maximum temperature not exceeding 80°C;

Cannot contact organic solvents with degreasing properties such as ethane and diluents, and should not be placed in kerosene or rust-proof oil containing kerosene for long periods;

Maximum operating speed not exceeding 100m/min, instantaneous maximum speed not exceeding 120m/min;

04

It is recommended to add ISO VG32~150 sliding surface lubricating oil, lithium-based grease, or urea-based grease (JIS2) or other oils with superior performance.

It was visually apparent that the linear guide rail was damaged. When the equipment on the guide rail was lifted with a crowbar and the slider was removed, it was found to be damaged. Due to severe rusting at the mounting points of the slider and rail, it was difficult to remove the slider when disassembling it, which may have caused the damage to the linear guide rail. When we tried moving it again after replacing it with a new slider, the movement was still very poor. It is estimated that simply replacing the slider would not only cause it to be damaged again, but may also damage the rail and rack. Therefore, we informed the customer of the current condition of the equipment, the repair method and the quotation, and persuaded the customer to carry out further repairs.
