Structure and Features

Steel balls roll along four precisely ground rolling surfaces on the LM rail and LM slide;

The steel ball rows are made to circulate by the end plates assembled on the LM slide.

The LM slide uses a retainer to hold the steel balls, so the steel balls will not fall off even if the LM slide is pulled out from the LM rail (except for HSR8 10 and 12 types).

In order to ensure that the four directions of action (radial, anti-radial, and lateral) on the LM slide have the same rated load, the steel ball rows are designed with a contact angle of 45°, so it can be used in any posture.
