　　Considering the support unit and ball screw, the stiffness balance between the angular contact ball bearings, high rigidity and low torque bearings are used. At the same time, ultra-small support units like EK6 and EK8 should install ultra-small ball screws. The ultra-small angular contact ball bearings developed for this purpose feature a small diameter of 45 degrees and many balls. It is an ultra-small angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and high precision, capable of achieving stable rotational performance.

　　Using this installation method, when installing the THK ball screw, the nut should be fixed while moving along the fixed screw axis. The nut has the characteristics of small inertia and flexible movement, enabling high speed. However, since the screw does not move, some problems with high-speed rotation of slender ball screws are avoided. This installation method features the ability to apply greater preload to the screw, which helps improve the compensation of screw thermal deformation and screw support stiffness.


　　The THK ball screw is installed using a double-push method, fixed at both ends, with the bearings supporting axial and radial forces. In this way, by applying appropriate preload to the screw, the support stiffness of the screw can be improved, and the thermal deformation of the screw can be partially compensated.


　　Different from the above methods, one end of the screw is fixed and the other end is supported. Moreover, the bearing at the fixed end can withstand both axial and radial forces, while the bearing at the supported end can only withstand radial forces. Because the ball screw can freely stretch to one end due to thermal deformation, it avoids bending of the screw due to its own weight.
