The DAMPTAC DTK series is widely used in the automotive and automation industries, allowing mobile loads to decelerate smoothly until they stop without rebound. Its reliability has been fully verified. Simply adjust the knob to change the size of the damper damping force to suit different application conditions, providing you with the best buffering effect. The DTK series is easy to select and flexible to apply, with single-model adjustability to meet the needs of various working conditions. DTK series sizes range from M10 to M36, from 7 mm to 50 mm, with single-impact energy absorption ranging from 5.5 Nm to 692 Nm. Accessories can also meet all customer application requirements. For the same specifications and stroke adjustable dampers, the DTK series has much higher energy absorption and effective weight than other brands, with a service life of up to 500 million impact cycles (with proper selection and use). In addition, the DTK series has a "lateral force protection" function. Under the same application conditions (with lateral force, without adapter installed), the DTK series has a much longer lifespan than other similar products! Based on the above advantages, the DTK series dampers greatly improve the efficiency of mechanical equipment and save more energy consumption. High-energy absorption, adjustable
The Detec medium-sized buffer Paner (tank) series adopts an internal spiral shock absorption structure design, which significantly improves energy absorption, effective weight, and service life compared to other brands, ensuring that machinery and equipment can decelerate and buffer smoothly and evenly even under heavy load or high-speed applications. During the buffering process, the peak damping force and optimal deceleration time are controlled, and the impact energy is evenly absorbed. The DTA series can be adjusted synchronously front and rear, ensuring quick and convenient adjustment under different application conditions, and its performance is therefore applied to the automotive manufacturing industry and other automation industries.
The DTA is an adjustable model; you can adjust the damping force according to the impact speed. The adjustment knob can rotate 360°, with scales from 0 to 12, from soft to hard buffering. You can adjust it to achieve the desired effect. The DTA model has two adjustment knobs, one at the front, integrated with the limit stop sleeve, and the other at the bottom, which needs to be adjusted with an Allen wrench. Do not adjust the buffer beyond the scale!

The DTA model cylinder body is integrally formed, with high strength, and will not experience the "cylinder detachment" problem found in other brand buffers.

The piston rod is made of reinforced stainless steel, the guide bearing is made of high-strength material, and the sealing system uses special materials. The design not only protects against some lateral forces but also effectively ensures the extra-long service life of the buffer.
