The high spring force of the disc spring and the low linear spring constant of the helical spring are combined to achieve flexible and robust spring characteristics in a compact size.
With a proven track record as a spindle for machining centers and composite machining machines, the Inco double helical spring is a one-piece structure that solves various problems caused by the single-piece deviation of disc springs. High durability is achieved by distributing stress throughout the double helical spring. Due to the low spring constant, the load on the cylinder is reduced, enabling high speed and compactness. Thanks to its integrated structure, assembly and maintenance time is significantly reduced.
