The CSTGH-JIS2 spur gear rack uses medium carbon steel S50C. After heat treatment, the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 50-55 degrees. Then, a surface blackening treatment is applied to improve the rust prevention effect of the rack. Finally, the tooth surface is ground, and the total cumulative pitch error per meter of the rack can be precisely controlled within 0.036 mm.
Adopting Japanese JIS standard specifications, suitable for Japanese specifications and dimensions, it is a highly precise transmission part. The rack is heat-treated, high in rigidity and wear-resistant, and can also work under high torque requirements. The tooth surface is ground, with a roughness of Ra0.8, ensuring smooth and low-noise operation.
Mainly used in high-end CNC machine tools, currently most widely used in woodworking machinery, laser cutting machines, bending machines, five-axis machining centers, gantry-type tracks, or robotic arms, etc.
