The MSTMQ-JIS4-N straight spur gear is made of alloy steel SCM440. After quenching, the surface hardness of the gear reaches HRC18~22°. The total pitch error per meter of the gear can be precisely controlled within 0.075mm.
It adopts Japanese JIS standard specifications, suitable for Japanese specifications and dimensions. The gear is quenched for high stability, with a roughness of Ra1.6, suitable for economical models. This model -N has no drilling and can be customized according to on-site applications.
