The MSTGQ-CP-JIS1 straight tooth hardened gear rack uses alloy steel SCM440. The material is first quenched, and the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC18-22 degrees. Then, tooth surface grinding and four-sided grinding are performed. The total pitch error per meter of the rack can be precisely controlled within 0.033mm.
It adopts Japanese JIS standard specifications, conforming to the dimensions of the Japanese CP (Circular Pitch) standard, including CP5 and CP10. It is a highly precise transmission component. The rack has undergone a quenching treatment, ensuring high stability, with a surface roughness of Ra0.8, providing smooth and low-noise operation.
Mainly used in high-end CNC machine tools, currently most widely used in woodworking machines, laser cutting machines, bending machines, five-axis machining centers, gantry tracks, or robotic arms, etc.
