The gear material is selected as chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy steel, which is subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment to a base material hardness of HRC25. The surface hardness of the gears is then increased to 600HV using gas nitriding to achieve optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.
The motor connection plate and bushing adopt a modular design, suitable for servo motors of any brand and type.
The sun gear adopts an integrated design, which is applied to high loads to ensure accurate and non-slip transmission.
