The reversing devices at both ends of the cross roller guide slider enable infinite circulation of steel balls. Sealed end caps are installed at both ends of the slider to scrape away dust and other debris that falls onto the guide rail. Dust removal grooves are provided on the slider body and reversing device to effectively prevent dust or wood chips from clogging and ensure normal slider operation. The ball V-type guide is suitable for woodworking machinery operating in harsh environments.
Structure:
A set of cross roller guide includes four guide rails with V-shaped grooves, two retainers (including the rollers held within), and anti-drop pieces installed at the ends of the guide rails to prevent the retainers from falling out.
