1. High load capacity, high rigidity
The LGR series cylindrical roller rail replaces steel balls with cylindrical rollers. The rollers, rails, and sliders are in line contact, resulting in only minimal elastic deformation under high loads, significantly improving the rigidity of the rail. The rail is combined at a 45-degree angle (DB45), capable of withstanding equal loads in all four directions (up, down, left, and right).
2. Strong sealing and dust prevention
Sealing end caps are installed at both ends of the slider, and sealing plates are installed inside and at the bottom of the slider, providing excellent dust prevention. Meanwhile, the rail mounting holes are fitted with screw hole caps to prevent dust accumulation, thus ensuring the product's lifespan. Users with higher sealing requirements can opt for stainless steel protective strips and double-layer sealing end caps.
3. High speed, high acceleration/deceleration
The main components of the LGR series cylindrical roller rail are made of impact-resistant materials, allowing for high-speed movement, reaching speeds of up to 120m/min and acceleration of up to 2G.
As shown below, the rail is made of high-quality alloy steel. The positioning side and raceway are ground simultaneously to ensure the precise geometric shape of the raceway. The cage prevents the rollers from scattering.
The return device is made of high-strength engineering materials and guides the rollers in reverse to form a continuous circular motion. The sealing end caps and sealing plates are essential components for dust prevention. The rail is lubricated by injecting lubricant through a grease fitting.
