A set of guideways consists of four guide rails with V-shaped grooves, two retainers (including rollers held on them), and end pieces on the ends of the guide rails to prevent the retainers from falling out. The reversing devices at both ends of the slider enable the steel balls to circulate endlessly, and sealing end caps are installed at both ends of the slider to scrape off dust and other debris that falls on the guide rails.
Dust removal grooves are set on the slider body and the reversing device, which can effectively prevent the blockage of dust or wood chips and ensure the normal operation of the slider. The ball V-type guideway is suitable for the woodworking machinery industry with a very harsh working environment.
