1. High load capacity and rigidity
The LGR series cylindrical roller guide uses cylindrical rollers instead of steel balls. The rollers and the guide rail and slider are in line contact, forming only a small elastic deformation under high load, greatly improving the rigidity of the guide. The guide is combined with a DB45 degree combination, which can withstand equal loads in four directions: up, down, left, and right.
2. Strong sealing and dust prevention capability
Sealing end caps are installed at both ends of the slider, and sealing bottom plates are installed inside and at the bottom of the slider, providing excellent dust prevention performance. The clamping device and the guide mounting holes are equipped with screw caps to prevent dust accumulation, thus ensuring the service life of the product. For users with higher sealing requirements, stainless steel protective strips and double-layer sealing end caps can be selected.
3. High speed, high acceleration and deceleration
The main components of the LGR series cylindrical roller guide are made of impact-resistant materials, allowing for high-speed movement, with a maximum speed of 120m/min and a maximum acceleration of 2G.
As shown in the figure below, the guide rail is made of high-quality alloy steel. The positioning side and the raceway are ground simultaneously to ensure the precise geometric shape of the raceway, and the cage prevents the rollers from scattering.
The return device is made of high-strength engineering materials and guides the rollers in reverse to form continuous circular motion. The sealing end caps and sealing bottom plates are necessary components for dust prevention. The guide is lubricated by injecting lubricant through an oil cup.
