1. High load capacity, high rigidity
The LGR series cylindrical roller rail replaces steel balls with cylindrical rollers. The rollers, guide rail, and slider have line contact, resulting in only minimal elastic deformation under high loads, significantly increasing the rigidity of the guide rail. Using a DB45 degree combination, it can withstand equal loads in four directions: up, down, left, and right.
2. Strong sealing and dust prevention
Sealing end caps are installed on both ends of the slider, and sealing plates are installed inside and at the bottom of the slider, providing excellent dust prevention performance. Meanwhile, the guide rail mounting holes are equipped with screw hole caps to prevent dust accumulation, ensuring the product's service life. For users with higher sealing requirements, stainless steel protective strips and double-layer sealing end caps can be selected.
3. High speed, high acceleration and deceleration
The main components of the LGR series cylindrical roller guide rail are made of impact-resistant materials, enabling high-speed movement, speeds up to 120m/min, and acceleration up to 2G.
As shown in the figure below, the guide rail is made of high-quality alloy steel. The positioning side and the raceway are simultaneously ground to ensure the precise geometric shape of the raceway. The cage prevents the rollers from scattering.
The return device is made of high-strength engineering materials and guides the rollers to reverse, forming continuous circular motion. The clamping device sealing end cap and sealing plate are essential dust-proof components. The guide rail is lubricated by injecting lubricant through a grease cup.
