The LSQ type silent rolling linear guide is a type of silent linear guide, which is a four-row single circular arc groove contact. Each ball row is designed with a 45-degree contact angle, and each row is equipped with a ball retainer chain with interval steel balls, which can effectively reduce the noise of the guide running and improve the smooth and stable operation, especially suitable for equipment requiring high speed, quietness and low dust generation.

1. Low Noise
The steel ball circulation path uses high-strength plastic accessories, equipped with a ball retainer chain with interval steel balls, eliminating the metal noise caused by the collision between steel balls. The noise intensity of the LSQ type is reduced by about 5 decibels at various speeds compared with the existing LGS type.
2. Self-lubricating
The steel ball retainer chain has an oil storage space in the middle interval, which allows the steel balls to be continuously lubricated during movement, thus achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.
3. Smooth Movement
The steel ball retainer chain makes the steel balls evenly spaced. When the slider starts to run, all the steel balls start at the same time, and the steel balls will not collide with each other, reducing the change in frictional resistance.
4. High Sealing Performance
The LSQ type silent guide and the LGS guide and clamp are equipped with high dust-proof accessories to improve sealing performance.
5. Interchangeability
The LSQ silent series guide is interchangeable with the LGS series for easy customer replacement.
