The linear motion unit mainly consists of a base, front and rear bearing mounts, a cover plate, and a slider. A corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy is used for the base. High-precision linear guide rails are installed on both sides of the base. The aluminum alloy slider is installed on the linear guide rails. The center of the slider is connected to the nut of the ball screw. The motor drives the slider reciprocating movement through the screw. The aluminum alloy cover plate is installed on the upper part of the slider for overall protection. Please use the linear motion unit number for ordering.
