The reversing devices at both ends of the cross roller guide slider allow for infinite circulation of steel balls. Sealed end caps on both ends of the slider scrape away dust and other debris that falls onto the guide rail. Dust and chip discharge grooves are provided on the slider body and reversing device to effectively prevent dust or wood chips from clogging and ensure normal slider operation. The ball V-type guide is suitable for woodworking machinery operating in harsh environments.
Structure:
A set of cross roller guide consists of four guide rails with V-shaped grooves, two retainers (including rollers retained thereon), and anti-dropping pieces installed at the ends of the guide rails to prevent the retainers from coming out.
