Self-compensating Series

The Detec DTS self-compensating series is widely used in non-standard automation industries, etc. They enable the smooth deceleration of moving loads until they stop, without rebound, and their reliability has been fully verified. The DTS design is compact and concise, mainly used in fixed working conditions with little parameter change. Compared to the adjustable DTK series, DTS selection requires more accurate application parameters; ambiguous parameters may lead to incorrect selection, ultimately causing buffer usage problems. However, after accurate selection or on-site testing and verification, DTS has greater advantages. It requires no adjustment during installation; it can be installed directly and allows for large-scale, rapid installation, avoiding the risk of incorrect adjustment by on-site workers. The DTS series has a wide range of models and specifications, with threads from M6 to M36, strokes from 4mm to 50mm (special models up to 80mm), and single-impact energy absorption from 2Nm to 560Nm. Accessories are also complete and comprehensive, solving all customer application requirements. For the same specifications and stroke, the energy absorption and effective weight of the DTS series are far higher than other brands, while the service life is up to 5 million impact cycles (with correct selection and use); moreover, the DTS series has a built-in "lateral force protection" function. Under the same application conditions (with lateral force, without adapter), the service life of the DTS series far exceeds that of similar products from other brands! • DTS uses advanced German composite polyester oil seals and dust seals, combined with high-strength hard chrome-plated piston rods and special material foam oil storage accumulators, greatly improving service life (up to 5 million times) and resistance to harsh environments.

• DTS adopts a unique pre-extended bearing and advanced German oil-free bearing, greatly improving the product's resistance to lateral impact. Therefore, DTS has a built-in "lateral force protection" function.
