High-efficiency energy absorption
The DAMPTAC DTH series of liquid-gas dampers uses leading German liquid-gas buffering technology. When impacted, the hydraulic oil and nitrogen gas work together to absorb impact energy. During buffering, the hydraulic oil flows through a throttle hole, generating viscous damping force, converting most of the impact energy into heat dissipation, and a small part compresses the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen gas chamber, converting it into potential energy stored in the buffer; when the load is removed, the compressed nitrogen gas expands and releases potential energy, overcoming the return damping work, converting the potential energy into heat dissipation. This series has a compact size and ultra-large capacity. Compared with the same outer diameter and stroke, the DTH series has the highest energy absorption. According to the actual application needs of customers, the DTH series provides customized products to achieve the most ideal energy absorption effect. The stroke of the DTH series is up to 1000mm, and the energy absorption is up to 720kj. It is widely used in aircraft landing gear, rail transit, port machinery, cranes and other industries.

Under the same cylinder diameter and stroke, the energy absorption of DTH products can be more than twice that of other products.
The outer cylinder is coated with special anti-corrosion epoxy spray paint, and the piston rod is hard chrome-plated. Therefore, DTH products can be used in outdoor or marine environments with high corrosion.
Wider temperature range, standard model (-10℃~+80℃), special model (-40℃~+120℃)

NOTE
Note: Because the DTH uses high-pressure nitrogen gas to push the piston rod back, the maximum reaction force and return reset thrust of the DTH series are much greater than those of other series.
