Precisely Adjustable

The Detec DTK adjustable series is widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry, automation industry, etc. They smoothly decelerate moving loads until they stop, without rebound, and their reliability has been fully verified. Simply adjusting the knob can change the size of the buffer damping force to adapt to different application conditions, providing you with the ideal buffer effect. The DTK series is convenient to select and flexible to apply. A single model can meet the needs of many different working conditions through adjustment. The DTK series has a wide range of models and specifications, with threads from M10 to M36, strokes from 7 mm to 50 mm, and single-impact energy absorption from 5.5 Nm to 692 Nm. It also has a full range of accessories to meet all customer application requirements. For the same specifications and stroke, the energy absorption and effective weight of the DTK series are far higher than other brands, and the service life is as high as 5 million times impact cycles (correct selection and use); moreover, the DTK series comes with lateral force protection function. Under the same application conditions (with lateral force, without adapter), the service life of the DTK series far exceeds that of similar products from other brands! Based on the above advantages, the DTK series buffers greatly improve the working efficiency of machinery and equipment, save more energy consumption, and ensure the stable operation of the entire production line with high cost performance.

• DTK is an adjustable model. The adjustment knob can rotate 360°, with scales from 0 to 12. The buffer damping force changes linearly from soft to hard. Through adjustment, the ideal buffer effect can be achieved.
• Most adjustable models of most brands on the market still use the outdated single-hole adjustment design. DTK uses Germany's most advanced multi-hole precision fine-tuning technology to provide a constant damping force with minimal peak value throughout the entire buffer stroke, achieving fast, smooth, and flexible buffering, shortening the buffer time, reducing impact noise, reducing equipment maintenance costs, effectively protecting production equipment, and greatly improving production efficiency.
• DTK uses advanced German composite polyester oil seals and dust seals, coupled with high-strength hard chrome-plated piston rods and a special material foam oil storage accumulator, which greatly improves the service life ( up to 5 million times ) and resistance to harsh environments.
• DTK adopts a unique front-extended bearing and advanced German oil-free bearing, which greatly improves the product's resistance to lateral impact performance. Therefore, DTK has a built-in lateral force protection function.
• Impact speed: 0.01~5 m/s (special custom models can reach 20m/s)
• Ambient temperature: -10℃ ~ +80℃ (special custom models -40℃ ~ +120℃)

NOTE

Confirm that the adjustment knob is at position 0, correctly install the buffer at the work station, and start the impact. Judge the buffering effect through the impact sound and careful observation. If there is no obvious deceleration during the entire buffering stroke and there is a "bang" sound at the end of the buffering stroke, the damping force is too small. Please adjust the scale of the buffer to position 1 and then test; if there is no improvement, continue to adjust to positions 2, 3, etc. When adjusted to position X, if the moving load can stop quickly and smoothly, and there is only a "puff" sound during the whole process, the ideal buffering effect has been achieved. Use the L-shaped wrench in the product packaging to lock the locking screw and maintain this scale. Conversely, if the buffer stroke suddenly decelerates at the front or middle section and makes a "bang" sound, the damping force is too large, and the scale should be reduced and tested again. If the ideal buffering effect cannot be achieved through repeated adjustment and testing, it indicates that there is a problem with the buffer selection, and it may be necessary to replace a larger model for testing. It is also recommended to reconfirm the selection.
