The linear motion unit mainly consists of a base, front and rear bearing mounts, a cover plate, and a slide. A corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy is used for the base. High-precision linear guide rails are installed on both sides of the base. The aluminum alloy slide is installed on the linear guide rails, and the center of the slide is connected to the nut of the ball screw. The motor drives the slide reciprocating movement through the screw. An aluminum alloy cover plate is installed on the top of the slide for overall protection.
