Adjustable Energy Absorption

The Detec medium-sized buffer Paner (tank) series adopts a unique inner spiral shock absorption structure design, absorbing energy, and significantly improving effective weight and service life compared to other brands, ensuring that machinery and equipment can decelerate and buffer smoothly and evenly under heavy load or high-speed applications. During the buffering process, the impact energy is evenly absorbed through the lowest peak damping force braking force and the shortest deceleration time. The DTA series can be adjusted synchronously front and rear, ensuring quick and convenient adjustment in different application conditions, and its performance is extremely excellent, so it is widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry and other automation industries.
 

The DTA is an adjustable model; you can adjust the size of the damping force according to the impact speed. The adjustment knob can rotate 360°, with scales from 0 to 12, and the buffer from soft to hard. You can adjust it to the optimal effect. The DTA model has two adjustment knobs, one at the front, integrated with the limit sleeve, and the other at the bottom, which needs to be adjusted with an Allen wrench. Never use the buffer outside the scale!

The cylinder body of the DTA model is integrally formed, with high strength, and will not encounter the "cylinder removal" problem of other brands of buffers.

The piston rod uses reinforced stainless steel, the guide bearing uses high-strength wear-resistant materials, and the sealing system uses special materials. The advanced design can not only protect against some lateral forces but also effectively ensures the extra-long service life of the buffer.
 

Ensure correct installation of the hydraulic buffer

1. Ensure that the supporting strength of the installation position is strong enough.

2. During installation, ensure that the eccentricity angle of the buffer is less than 2°. The piston rod bears a large lateral load, which will cause varying degrees of bending, leading to piston rod reset obstacles and accelerating the failure of the seals, resulting in oil leakage and shortening the service life.

3. It is best not to use the buffer body as a safety limit device; adjust the external safety limit device to 1 mm before the stroke. Do not remove the impact head, as removing the cap will lengthen the piston rod, causing the piston rod to hit the bottom and causing bottom damage.

4. Be sure to tighten the mounting nuts or bolts; using thread glue is better to ensure that it does not loosen during frequent impacts.

5. When using more than two buffers in parallel, the same model must be used. If adjustable buffers are used, they must be adjusted to the same position.

6. For rotational applications, it is recommended not to use polyurethane caps. To ensure that the maximum eccentricity angle is within 2°, the installation method must simultaneously ensure the following two points:

1) The distance from the center of rotation to the buffer is 15 times the buffer stroke.

2) Install correctly as shown in the following figure: When the buffer stroke is compressed to half, there should be no lateral load;

If the installation conditions do not meet the above requirements, please use a side-fit adapter.

NOTE

Ensure that external adverse factors do not affect the buffer.

1. The buffer is filled with hydraulic oil. Do not use it near an open flame, and strictly prohibit burning the buffer.

2. Ensure that the buffer is used within the operating temperature range (-10℃-80℃). If it needs to be used at special temperatures, please contact us.

3. Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids, solvents, and emulsified cutting oils, and avoid contact with dust and steam.

4. Do not spray paint or other coatings on the outer cylinder of the buffer, otherwise, it will affect its heat dissipation effect.

5. Do not paint or mark on the piston rod to prevent hydraulic oil leakage and shorten the life of the buffer.
