Product Details

Self-compensating overload buffer

The DHB series is a large overload buffer. DHB models are designed and manufactured with multi-stage precision throttle holes according to each customer's application parameters and requirements, meeting the customer's needs for efficient buffering and thus providing the most ideal buffer damping effect. Compared with the liquid-gas overload DTH series, DHB adopts a gentler mechanical spring reset, effectively reducing the peak reset impact force. Of course, due to the limitations of mechanical springs, the stroke of the DHB series should not be too long. DHB models are also suitable for production lines and mechanical equipment that require installation control and repeated operation control. The DAMPTAC hydraulic overload buffer DHB series meets global industrial safety standards such as OSHA, AISE, CMMA, DIN, and FEM.

TECHNICAL DATA

Product Type: Customized buffer (each buffer is designed according to the customer's actual application parameters)

Product Filling: Hydraulic oil

Temperature Range: Standard model (-10℃~+80℃), special model (-40℃~+120℃)

Reset Method: Steel spring

Piston Rod Surface: Hard chrome plated

Cylinder and Flange Surface: Epoxy protective paint (suitable for outdoor environments)

NOTE

Installation Requirements:

1. For buffer stroke within 300mm, the angle of lateral force must be controlled within 2°;

2. For buffer stroke over 300mm, the angle of lateral force must be controlled within 1°.

Maintenance:

If the DHB buffer is used in emergency safety protection situations and frequent impacts, it is recommended to check regularly every 3 months. The inspection items are as follows:

1. Check the piston rod for scratches, clean dust and corrosive substances attached to the piston rod surface, and spray machine oil.

2. Check the buffer, especially around the seal, for oil leaks.

3. Check if the piston rod can fully reset.

4. Since DHB is usually used in heavy-duty situations, the bolts and flanges fixing the buffer may become loose, so check

if the buffer mounting bolts and nuts are loose.
