CSTGH-DIN5 straight spur gear rack, made of medium carbon steel S50C. After heat treatment, the surface hardness of the teeth reaches HRC50~55. Further processes include tooth surface grinding and four-side grinding. At a constant temperature of 25°C, the total cumulative pitch error per meter of the rack can be precisely controlled within 0.026mm, making it an extremely high-precision transmission component. It is mainly used in high-end CNC machine tools, and the machine must operate in a temperature-controlled environment.
