The CSTMQ-DIN8 fine-milled, heat-treated spur gear rack uses medium carbon steel S50C. The material is heat-treated, and the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 18~22°. The total pitch error per meter of the rack can be controlled within 0.06 mm. Its wear resistance is superior to that of the soft CSTM-DIN8 gear rack. It is a moderately precise transmission component suitable for medium to light loads and applications without precision requirements. It is suitable for economical CNC machines, automatic doors, or warehousing systems.
