The CHTMH-DIN10 helical gear rack, made of medium carbon steel S50C, has a tooth surface hardness of HRC50~55 after heat treatment and shot blasting, presenting a beautiful dark gray high-grade texture. It boasts high rigidity, wear resistance, and a total cumulative pitch error within 0.15 mm per meter.
Adopting German DIN standard specifications and a 19°31'42" right-hand helix design, it ensures smooth and low-noise meshing between the rack and pinion. Compared to spur gears, the helical gear rack offers higher torque, less interference and friction for the same module size. The rack's heat treatment enhances its rigidity and wear resistance.
Suitable for high-load, low-precision applications, widely used in heavy-duty gantry machining centers.
