Steel balls roll along the precisely ground four rows of rolling surfaces on the LM track and LM slider; through the end cover plate assembled on the LM slider,
the steel ball rows are made to move in a ring.

The LM slider uses a retainer plate to hold the steel balls, so even if the LN slider is pulled out, the steel balls will not fall off.


The JR type LW slider adopts the HSR type LM slider with proven performance and high reliability. The LM track has a cross-sectional shape with high flexural rigidity
Therefore, it can be used as a structural component.


Previously, LN rolling guide rails were used by bolting the LM track to the mounting base, while the JR type integrates the mounting base and LN track, so
the upper part of the LM track uses the structure of the LM rolling guide rail HSR type.

In addition, the lower base part uses a hardness of HRC25 or less, so it is easy to machine and can also be welded.

JR-A type
