Detec's adjustable series is widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry, automation industry, etc. They allow moving loads to decelerate smoothly until they stop, without rebound, and their reliability has been fully verified.
Simply adjust the knob to change the size of the buffer damper to suit different applications, providing you with the ideal buffering effect.
DTK selection is convenient and application is flexible. A single model can meet the needs of many different workstations through adjustment.

Product Installation
The buffer must be installed firmly and reliably, fixed and tightened with nuts at both ends, and must not shake; unstable installation will cause the buffer to be damaged when impacted, and in severe cases, it will cause equipment damage.
During installation, pay attention to the use of the stroke. Adding a limit stop sleeve or reserving a 1mm margin will help extend the service life of the buffer.
3. Adjustment and Use
Confirm that the adjustment knob is at position 0, correctly install the buffer at the workstation, and start the impact. Judge the buffering effect through the impact sound and careful observation.
If there is no obvious deceleration during the entire buffering stroke and there is a loud "bang" at the end of the buffering stroke, then the damping force is too small. Please adjust the buffer
to position 1 and retest; if there is no improvement, continue to adjust to position 2, 3... If the moving load can stop quickly and smoothly when adjusted to position X,
and only a "poof" sound is heard during the entire process, then the ideal buffering effect has been achieved. Use the L-shaped wrench in the product packaging to lock the locking screw and maintain
this position. Conversely, if the load suddenly decelerates at the front or middle of the buffering stroke and makes a "bang" sound, then the damping force is too large, and the position should be reduced and retested.
If the ideal buffering effect cannot be achieved even after repeated adjustments and tests, then there is a problem with the buffer selection, and it may be necessary to replace it with a larger model.
Test, and it is also recommended to reconfirm the selection.
