SRG roller retainer LM rolling guide rails have ultra-high rigidity. By using a roller retainer, smooth movement with low friction can be achieved. This is a high-rigidity roller guide rail that allows for long-term operation.

Ultra-high rigidity is achieved by using rollers as rolling elements and making the full length of the roller more than 1.5 times the roller diameter, resulting in higher rigidity.

Equal load in four directions

To ensure that the four acting directions (radial, anti-radial, and lateral) on the LM slide have the same rated load, the roller columns are designed with a contact angle of 45°. Therefore, high rigidity is achieved in all directions.

It was visually apparent that the linear guide rail was damaged. When the equipment on the guide rail was lifted with a crowbar and the slider was removed, it was found to be damaged. Due to severe rusting at the mounting points of the slider and rail, it was difficult to remove the slider when disassembling it, which may have caused the damage to the linear guide rail. When we tried moving it again after replacing it with a new slider, the movement was still very poor. It is estimated that simply replacing the slider would not only cause it to be damaged again, but may also damage the rail and rack.
