please return your purchased LM guide rail kit (LM slider and LM track) to the factory, or return the purchased track,
We will return it to you after adjusting the LM slider.
When purchasing interchangeable series products, there is no need for special return to the factory.

When we tried moving it again after replacing it with a new slider, the movement was still very poor.
